Some of our treatments include:

Homeopathy
This entails the careful selection of natural substances prescribed in microdoses to stimulate a person's own healing processes. It is an approach well-suited to long-term health problems - allergic, hormonal or environmental illnesses particularly - and it can be very effective with digestive disorders and skin problems

Osteopathy
This treatment uses mainly manual techniques - deep massage and soft-tissue release methods that help stretch, relax and mobilise the whole body - as well manipulation (the well-known 'joint-popping' techniques). The question 'what keeps this tension going?' is often the key to long-term pain relief. The answers include, posture, trauma, occupational strain, stress or an old injury. Osteopathy can be a valuable treatment for head, neck or facial pain, tension, stiffness and injuries as well as most back and joint problems. Cranio-sacral therapy seems particularly helpful with problems following mind-body trauma.

Medical Acupuncture
Modern acupuncture techniques relieve many different sorts of acute or persistent pain, including sports injuries, arthritis, back pain and migraine. Fine needles inserted into particular points allow the body to release its own pain-killing substances, while boosting local blood flow and letting muscles let go of unnecessary tension. Because patients often find this treatment deeply relaxing, acupuncture can be a useful adjunct to other therapies, especially osteopathy.

Nutritional Medicine
Some people seem to need extra vitamins and minerals or special diets simply to feel well. Others, perhaps pressurised by heavy physical or mental schedules benefit from a nutritional approach. Intolerance to certain foods can cause illness, so sometimes these methods can reduce or occasionally even replace conventional treatment.

Mind-body methods
Research into brain-body interaction has shown how physical, mental and emotional stresses affect health. It ihas been my experience that techniques like visualization, meditation, yoga breathing and relaxation skills can boost energy, resilience and immunity. These are good preventive medicine as well as ways of improving performance.
